The referee showed Tomas Gorka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Tomas Gorka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Baldomiro Gonchan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Comandante Andresito's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomiro Gonchan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciriaco Shepherd breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 28 played minutes Chaparro got a freekick which was hit by Adan Goito. Ciriaco Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Gonchan, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Adan Goito managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adan Goito in the 46th minute of play forced Comandante Andresito's goalkeeper Delmiro Gorbea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adan Goito to strike the kick off in the second half. Epifanio Argenis who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Delmiro Gorbea when he managed to save the team from getting behind. During the 55th minute of the match Tomas Gorka completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Tomas Gorka a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. The supporters of Chaparro booed when Comandante Andresito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Gorka didn't get a good kick on the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Delmiro Gorbea made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Epifanio Argenis sent off a good shot on target. Benedicto Ereinotz kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Delmiro Gorbea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Aragones in the 90th minute of the match. Delmiro Gorbea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Aresti in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
