After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Adan Goito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chaparro's supporters rose to their feet, but Adan Goito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alfredo Ioritz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 33rd minute of the match, Eriberto Kelemen tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ciriaco Shepherd saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ciriaco Shepherd was a little too slow when Eriberto Kelemen got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 2-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eriberto Kelemen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ciriaco Shepherd showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eriberto Kelemen, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 65th play minute Epifanio Argenis came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Alfredo Ioritz. 2-2. Epifanio Argenis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Generoso Aresti during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of J.P.S booed when Chaparro was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Generoso Aresti didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ciriaco Shepherd showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eriberto Kelemen in the 74th minute of the match. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leopoldo Argi couldn't finish the play. Ciriaco Shepherd stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eriberto Kelemen's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, J.P.S's goalkeeper Alfredo Ioritz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Epifanio Argenis.
