No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enzo Cloyo to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 52nd minute, Ignacio Pabla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Orán's supporters rose to their feet, but Ignacio Pabla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The audience held their breath when Aquilino Favila in the 67th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Natalio Tolino's left hand side. After some careless play in the Leitium FC defense, Elpidio Txurio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Natalio Tolino. The Leitium FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Natalio Tolino should have stopped the shot. Elpidio Txurio struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Natalio Tolino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orán. After having played for 85 minutes, Lucio Rameriz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Leitium FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucio Rameriz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Natalio Tolino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Pabla in the 93rd minute of play. Conrado Estebe charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
