With his leg Desiderio Abreu managed to avoid a goal in the 8thth minute, when GARNIC FC's Emilio Costante fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ciro Cerilo got a throw-in 9 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Maximiliano Gasteiz. Emilio Costante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Poma AFC's zone, Julian Oryl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Desiderio Abreu came out of the goal and Julian Oryl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Emilio Costante might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Desiderio Abreu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Costante ran back to his position shaking his head. Desiderio Abreu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Oryl in the 19th minute of play. Joaquin Hanot kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Emilio Costante received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Desiderio Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emilio Costante in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Desiderio Abreu, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Julian Oryl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Poma AFC's Desiderio Abreu got control of the ball when Emilio Costante tried to sneak it across the goal line. Julian Oryl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Abreu having to interfere. With an all-out effort, GARNIC FC's Desiderio Abreu threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Julian Oryl, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Emilio Costante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julian Oryl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Desiderio Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julian Oryl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Desiderio Abreu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. When Esteve Ignado fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored GARNIC FC's protests and gave Esteve Ignado a yellow card for diving instead. Desiderio Abreu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Costante in the 47th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emilio Costante was the one to do the kick off. Jeremias Vachon hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Donio in the 52nd minute of play forced Poma AFC's goalkeeper Desiderio Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 58 minutes, Emilio Costante made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Poma AFC's Desiderio Abreu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Desiderio Abreu came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by GARNIC FC's Emilio Costante. But to his dismay, Emilio Costante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Emilio Costante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Julian Oryl came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the GARNIC FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Oryl couldn't finish the play. GARNIC FC's Jorge Botella quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Eduardo Quinito, made in the 75th minute of the game. Desiderio Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Oryl in the 76th minute of the match. If Emilio Costante had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Costante in the 78th minute of play forced Poma AFC's goalkeeper Desiderio Abreu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Desiderio Abreu came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by GARNIC FC's Julian Oryl. But to his dismay, Julian Oryl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Jeremias Vachon's late challenge caught a GARNIC FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeremias Vachon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th minute, Jeremias Vachon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Costante in the 94th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Desiderio Abreu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emilio Costante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Desiderio Abreu having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the GARNIC FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
