In the 9th match minute, Covunco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Txerran to maneuver through the defense. Ubaldo Sasoin struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Aldo Lluques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Exacera. Aldo Lluques made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Desiderio Lauren in the 13th minute of play. When Ubaldo Sasoin came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Exacera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ubaldo Sasoin couldn't finish the play. In the 22nd minute Pastor Handi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Volpi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubaldo Sasoin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 27th minute, Casimiro Savion made a precise shot to the right of Lucas Volpi. Exacera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. In the 32nd minute Pastor Handi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lucas Volpi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximiliano Leoncio charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ubaldo Sasoin was the one to do the kick off. Ubaldo Sasoin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aldo Lluques read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. In the 60th match minute, Exacera was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bonifacio Cordarryl to maneuver through the defense. Lucas Volpi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pastor Handi, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. 65 minutes into the game, Exacera's Desiderio Lauren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aldo Lluques made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ubaldo Sasoin might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldo Lluques. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ubaldo Sasoin ran back to his position shaking his head. Ubaldo Sasoin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Lluques having to interfere. Ubaldo Sasoin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Ramiro Erdiano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Exacera's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Erdiano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Lluques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute Ubaldo Sasoin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldo Lluques saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ubaldo Sasoin scored 4-1 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aldo Lluques, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 86 played minutes Covunco got a freekick which was hit by Celedonio Artizar. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Desiderio Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Exacera's supporters rose to their feet, but Desiderio Lauren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aldo Lluques breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Covunco defense, Bonifacio Cordarryl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aldo Lluques. The Covunco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aldo Lluques should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Casimiro Savion made a precise shot to the right of Lucas Volpi. Exacera's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-2.
