The crowd rose to their feet as Renuncie al Manager's Ermegildo Benvide slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Delmiro Umea. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Delmiro Umea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florencio Iaki in the 10th minute of the match. Anibal Refugio might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dalmacio Telesforo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Anibal Refugio ran back to his position shaking his head. Felipe Hanni hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Simon Txatxu hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, Anibal Refugio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Dalmacio Telesforo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 26 played minutes Renuncie al Manager got a freekick which was hit by Maximo Johans. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isaac Beturian in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Telesforo saved Renuncie al Manager from getting behind. A long shot from Gogo Jenaro in the 35th minute of play was well struck, but Delmiro Umea made a really good save at the right post. Dalmacio Telesforo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anibal Refugio, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isaac Beturian in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dalmacio Telesforo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Anibal Refugio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Dalmacio Telesforo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Beturian's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dalmacio Telesforo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ermegildo Benvide to make the kick off. When Isaac Beturian came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Wilde fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Beturian couldn't finish the play. Isaac Beturian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Anibal Refugio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Renuncie al Manager's zone, Isaac Beturian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dalmacio Telesforo came out of the goal and Isaac Beturian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Isaac Beturian received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Dalmacio Telesforo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Anibal Refugio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Txatxu in the 81st minute of play forced Wilde's goalkeeper Delmiro Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anibal Refugio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
