Justino Santos hit a great ball. The supporters of Fenix Dark booed when Cochuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonides Poncio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Delmar Etxahun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Americo Gustau having to interfere. A collision led to Cochuna getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ciro Corderro hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustacio Orkatz in the 14th minute of play forced Fenix Dark's goalkeeper Celedonio Weather to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Eustacio Orkatz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celedonio Weather took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eustacio Orkatz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustacio Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Reynaldo Gorka kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After 24 played minutes, Cochuna's Amadeo Cordeal shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Celedonio Weather came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cochuna reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Cordeal in the 30th minute of play forced Fenix Dark's goalkeeper Celedonio Weather to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 30th minute, Amadeo Cordeal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cochuna fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Delmar Etxahun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cochuna's Eustacio Orkatz got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Eustacio Orkatz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 40 played minutes Fenix Dark got a freekick which was hit by Reynaldo Gorka. After 43 minutes Fenix Dark's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Amadeo Cordeal who took care of the corner kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anibal Magdaleno to strike the kick off in the second half. Celedonio Weather made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Magdaleno in the 59th minute of play. Aldo Aznar hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. Americo Gustau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Delmar Etxahun, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Eustacio Orkatz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Celedonio Weather having to make a save. Celedonio Weather made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Magdaleno in the 77th minute of play. Americo Gustau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justino Santos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eustacio Orkatz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th match minute, Cochuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alberto Nazario to maneuver through the defense. Fenix Dark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Constantino Rayman in the 99th minute. Constantino Rayman made a great header on Fenix Dark's corner, it was just that Cochuna's Americo Gustau managed to reach the ball for a save. Cochuna played a much better game than Fenix Dark and deserved their victory. The Fenix Dark players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
