After 7 played minutes, Deportivo Patagones's Rogelio Duarte shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vladimiro Procopio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Deportivo Patagones reached it. Laureano Ubarna might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimiro Procopio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laureano Ubarna ran back to his position shaking his head. Claudio Lohitzun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vladimiro Procopio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in La Dolfina's zone, Julian Balasi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Procopio came out of the goal and Julian Balasi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Balasi in the 25th minute of play forced La Dolfina's goalkeeper Vladimiro Procopio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Claudio Lohitzun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Procopio having to interfere. After 30 minutes, Filomeno Javiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Patagones and the La Dolfina players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of La Dolfina booed when Deportivo Patagones was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filomeno Javiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vladimiro Procopio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claudio Lohitzun in the 74th minute of the match. In the 76th minute of the match Filomeno Javiar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimiro Procopio skillfully saved the ball. Julian Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Procopio having to interfere. A collision led to La Dolfina getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Eusebio Berto hit a great ball. Vladimiro Procopio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudio Lohitzun in the 84th minute of play. The Deportivo Patagones fans' excitement grew in the 85th match minute when Deportivo Patagones's Julian Balasi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some careless play in the La Dolfina defense, Claudio Lohitzun kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vladimiro Procopio. The La Dolfina fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vladimiro Procopio should have stopped the shot. In the 95th minute, Claudio Lohitzun got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Deportivo Patagones were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of La Dolfina for a fine match.
