After 18 played minutes Hualjaina got a freekick which was hit by Aristides Mikelar. Marco Ado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orlando Bilbo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Hualjaina's goal looked a bit too open when Marco Ado came free, but Orlando Bilbo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muñecas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Socorro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Ado in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Orlando Bilbo saved Hualjaina from getting behind. Orlando Bilbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iurie Tatomir in the 44th minute of the match. If Marcial Indalecio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Muñecas were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Hualjaina's Braulio Argi got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 54 minutes into the match, Hualjaina's goalkeeper Orlando Bilbo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marco Ado. Angelo Lando hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Ado in the 57th minute of play forced Hualjaina's goalkeeper Orlando Bilbo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Marco Ado put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Orlando Bilbo. In the last second Orlando Bilbo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Marco Ado in the 69thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. A collision led to Hualjaina getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Silvano Martxelin hit a great ball. Marco Ado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 72nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Orlando Bilbo. Hualjaina's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Hualjaina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aristides Mikelar to maneuver through the defense. Orlando Bilbo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Ado in the 74th minute of the match. Muñecas's supporters rose to their feet, but Iurie Tatomir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Orlando Bilbo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Muñecas's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
