Ermegildo Kemen started the match with the kick off. After 7 played minutes Tiburcio Feliz rounded Buenos Aires FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Blas Rio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiburcio Feliz, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Amador Buinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Kemen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Ermegildo Kemen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiburcio Feliz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Blas Rio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Buenos Aires FC's Blas Rio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Genaro Corderro in the 29th minute of play. If Oscar Txindoki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tiburcio Feliz to strike the kick off in the second half. RUSTICO's Geronimo Rodas got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Buenos Aires FC's goalkeeper Blas Rio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Geronimo Rodas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Blas Rio having to interfere. Blas Rio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tiburcio Feliz in the 73rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Geronimo Rodas's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Blas Rio was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. 76 minutes into the match, Buenos Aires FC's goal looked a bit too open when Geronimo Rodas came free, but Blas Rio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
