Matias Arano went to the cornerflag to take it. Feliciano Cibran made a great header on Palomar's corner, it was just that Las Pelotas F.C.'s Cristo Padro managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 31st minute, Uriel Matxin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Beremundo in the 37th minute of play forced Palomar's goalkeeper Ambrosio Donostia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Tiburcio Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Modesto Pereyra to make the kick off. Ambrosio Donostia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arturo Beremundo in the 54th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Palomar's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Romeo Medero fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After a defensive mix-up in Las Pelotas F.C.'s zone, Modesto Pereyra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Padro came out of the goal and Modesto Pereyra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bernabe Peyo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 68th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cristo Padro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Pereyra in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Arturo Beremundo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Tiburcio Tolino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the game, Bernabe Peyo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Ambrosio Donostia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Arturo Beremundo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Las Pelotas F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Arturo Beremundo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ambrosio Donostia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Palomar's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
