After a rather tough play, Gaguiño FC's Joaquin Micael got a free kick in the 25th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amador Mannie in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basilio Gabirel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 27th minute, Joaquin Micael hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute, Celso Gumaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 尤益勇 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Celso Gumaro might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Basilio Gabirel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celso Gumaro ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 39th minute of the match Faustino Inge sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but 唐景辰 skillfully saved the ball. If 尤益勇 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Gabirel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 尤益勇, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Micael got free with 唐景辰 in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Amador Mannie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Celso Gumaro came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Deportivo Grillo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celso Gumaro couldn't finish the play. Basilio Gabirel made a fantastic save in the 53rd minute, when 尤益勇 sent off a good shot on target. Gaguiño FC's Basilio Gabirel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elpidio Bastia in the 56th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Elpidio Bastia got free with Basilio Gabirel in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Deportivo Grillo's goalkeeper 唐景辰, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Enrique Abeita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. 唐景辰 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 68 minutes into the game, Joaquin Micael cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. 唐景辰 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. 尤益勇 ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Amador Mannie kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Basilio Gabirel. That made the score 2-3 in the 90 minute of play. Basilio Gabirel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amador Mannie's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. When the final whistle sounded Deportivo Grillo left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Gaguiño FC.
