After 10 played minutes villa dalmine got a freekick which was hit by Astor Herensuge. When Silvio Nabar came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Hurlingham fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Nabar couldn't finish the play. Hurlingham's Hugo Kinsen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Herensuge in the 15th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Marcelino Henrico who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but villa dalmine's Leandro Tano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 23 minutes into the game, Marcelino Henrico cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Leandro Tano was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 26th minute, Anier Bernebe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 37th match minute, villa dalmine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Laffitte to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, villa dalmine's goalkeeper Leandro Tano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvio Nabar. Marcelino Henrico succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 3-0 in the 40th playminute. In the 44th minute, Modesto Vergaray got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leandro Tano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ambrosio Ibañez in the 46th minute.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Astor Herensuge to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Henrico in the 82nd minute of play forced villa dalmine's goalkeeper Leandro Tano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
