An unexpectedly hard shot by Cosme Torres in the 78th minute of play forced Team Gelmetti's goalkeeper Genaro Regis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute of the match Rodolfo Laurgain sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cristo Ubarna skillfully saved the ball.
