Genaro Regis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guido Paio, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Guido Paio struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Genaro Regis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panzer Xeneixe. Team Gelmetti's Genaro Regis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Paio in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of Panzer Xeneixe booed when Team Gelmetti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Jenaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 28th minute, Enrique Ihintza made a precise shot to the right of Genaro Regis. Team Gelmetti's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guido Paio couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice moves Enrique Henry could shoot a difficult shot in the 56th minute, which Genaro Regis however easily saved by the left post. In the 57th minute, Panzer Xeneixe's Enrique Ihintza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. In the 66thth minute of the game Fernando Pudes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Panzer Xeneixe's Baldomero Castulo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Evelio Millan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Team Gelmetti's supporters rose to their feet, but Evelio Millan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baldomero Castulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Panzer Xeneixe's Baldomero Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Joseph in the 69th minute of play. Team Gelmetti's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Enrique Ihintza scored to the left of an out of position Genaro Regis, making the score, 1-4. When Jesus Jenaro fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Team Gelmetti's protests and gave Jesus Jenaro a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Panzer Xeneixe booed when Team Gelmetti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jesus Jenaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Panzer Xeneixe's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
