Spectators: 6655 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Virgilio Montez took the kick off in the first half of the match. Victoria's Saturnino Gonzalez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Lawrence in the 5th minute of play. In the 5th match minute, Victoria was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Inguma to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Corpus FC's Severiano Jaunzuria got a free kick in the 8th minute. Jose Orixe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Virgilio Montez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Genaro Aznaro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Godfredo Guillelmus kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. Genaro Aznaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgilio Montez in the 23rd minute of the match. Jose Orixe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Genaro Aznaro having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Corpus FC got a freekick which was hit by Gualterio Vela. Victoriano Bingen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Saturnino Gonzalez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saturnino Gonzalez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rigoberto Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Lawrence sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 38 minutes into the match, Corpus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Virgilio Montez came free, but Genaro Aznaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 39 played minutes Victoria got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Inguma. Genaro Aznaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Virgilio Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rigoberto Lawrence stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Virgilio Montez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Genaro Aznaro. That made the score 0-1 in the 51 minute of play. Genaro Aznaro stood somewhat misplaced when Virgilio Montez came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 57 minute. After recieving a nice pass, Victoria's Genaro Clementi tried to score from far away in the 62nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A hard shot 66 in the game by Jose Orixe from a close distance when the talented Genaro Aznaro managed to make a qualified save. Corpus FC's players were relieved. If Victoriano Bingen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Victoria getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Godofredo Atarratze hit a great ball. If Rigoberto Lawrence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victoriano Bingen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Saturnino Gonzalez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Virgilio Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Rigoberto Lawrence had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the game, Victoria's Jose Orixe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Genaro Aznaro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Jose Orixe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Victoria had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
