Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Isaac Elequemedo to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isaac Elequemedo got free with Guillermo Sabin in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 53 minutes into the match, Rastrojos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Cebrian came free, but Fabio Iztal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabio Iztal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Mateus in the 81st minute of the match. When Isaac Elequemedo came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Rastrojos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isaac Elequemedo couldn't finish the play. Cipriano Olo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabio Iztal having to interfere. Eustaquio Mateus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 98th minute, Fidel Cebrian made a precise shot to the right of Fabio Iztal. Rastrojos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. San Lorenzo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
