The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aldo Guzman to strike the kick off in the second half. Bernabe Froila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Aritza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 53 minutes into the match, Augusto Aritza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bernabe Froila. Changos del Impenetrable's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Augusto Aritza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Aritza couldn't finish the play. If Aquiles Pacorro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 69 minutes into the match, Changos del Impenetrable's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Aritza came free, but Bernabe Froila reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Aquiles Pacorro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
