Spectators: 7236 (Terracing: 5429, Seating: 1664, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Eustaquio Mateus made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Aldo Guzman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. San Lorenzo's Guillermo Sabin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aldo Guzman in the 10th minute of play. Guillermo Sabin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aldo Guzman in the 12th minute of play. Gonzalo Cibran charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonzalo Cibran the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gonzalo Cibran hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Epifanio Checa might have been able to make a better finish in the 15th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guillermo Sabin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epifanio Checa ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernabe Froila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eustaquio Mateus, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Fidel Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernabe Froila having to interfere. Epifanio Checa might have been able to make a better finish in the 32nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Guillermo Sabin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Epifanio Checa ran back to his position shaking his head. Aldo Guzman struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Guillermo Sabin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Changos del Impenetrable. Alejandro Suarez kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aldo Guzman was the one to do the kick off. Guillermo Sabin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Epifanio Checa's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aldo Guzman in the 64th minute of play forced San Lorenzo's goalkeeper Guillermo Sabin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Changos del Impenetrable's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Eustaquio Mateus fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 76th minute, Jaime Dominguez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aldo Guzman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Guillermo Sabin having to interfere. If Epifanio Checa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Changos del Impenetrable's Aldo Guzman in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye San Lorenzo's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to San Lorenzo getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Fermin Alvarez hit a great ball. Guillermo Sabin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Epifanio Checa went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Changos del Impenetrable players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
