Spectators: 7171 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 41) Gogo Xabat started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute Higinio Mannie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Fernado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Fernado didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonas Vermudo went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 8th minute Vitin Sorriva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Augusto Isauro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Talló in the 10th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Gogo Xabat's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Augusto Isauro was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. After 17 played minutes Plátanos AFC got a freekick which was hit by Igor Francesco. In the 21st minute, Vitin Sorriva left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Emil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. In the 26th minute Pedro Talló shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Augusto Isauro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, Pedro Talló put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Augusto Isauro. When Emil's Gogo Xabat in the 39th minute got a chance for a shot 39th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Plátanos AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Joel Fernado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Higinio Mannie in the 42nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guido Vito during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Emil's Guido Vito got a free kick in the 43rd minute. If Higinio Mannie had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Guillerme kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Higinio Mannie stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Pedro Talló could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Augusto Isauro made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Xabat in the 55th minute of play forced Plátanos AFC's goalkeeper Augusto Isauro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the game, Pedro Talló cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Augusto Isauro was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Higinio Mannie's late challenge caught a Emil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Higinio Mannie helped the player get up and apologised. In the 71st minute, Higinio Mannie hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 73 minutes into the game, Emil's Gogo Xabat nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Augusto Isauro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. With his leg Augusto Isauro managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Emil's Gogo Xabat fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Augusto Isauro came out of the goal in the 83rd minute to try and stop a shot by Emil's Pedro Talló. But to his dismay, Pedro Talló quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-7.
