After a rather tough play, Provolone FC's Nestor Escobar got a free kick in the 34th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Provolone FC's zone, Constantino Fagondo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saul Edorta came out of the goal and Constantino Fagondo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Enzo Isias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saul Edorta came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Deportivo Rivadavia's Constantino Fagondo. But to his dismay, Constantino Fagondo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Saul Honrio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victoriano Teodor having to interfere. The Provolone FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Deportivo Rivadavia were winning 0-2.

54 minutes into the match, Deportivo Rivadavia's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Nardo came free, but Victoriano Teodor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Rivadavia's Ladislao Mikeldi got a free kick in the 55th minute. Guaberto Saturnin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Victoriano Teodor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Victoriano Teodor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guaberto Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maximo Brais kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Salvador Nardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victoriano Teodor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 71 minutes, Salvador Nardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Provolone FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Nardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saul Edorta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Severino Eusko went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Deportivo Rivadavia's Severino Eusko got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Enzo Isias came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Deportivo Rivadavia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Isias couldn't finish the play. In the 94th minute, Salvador Nardo made a precise shot to the right of Victoriano Teodor. Deportivo Rivadavia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Deportivo Rivadavia's zone, Guaberto Saturnin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victoriano Teodor came out of the goal and Guaberto Saturnin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Deportivo Rivadavia's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
