Spectators: 6962 (Terracing: 5300, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Florencio Karlo took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pocitos's goalkeeper Enzo Hermelando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 10th minute, Astor Pudes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Pocitos's Fabio Lekubegi tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Karlo in the 14th minute of play forced Montiel's goalkeeper Denis Tabor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Felipe Uhin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eduardo Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Felipe Uhin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enzo Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Montiel's goal looked a bit too open when Florencio Karlo came free, but Denis Tabor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benicio Leguizamón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Enzo Hermelando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Pocitos's Enzo Hermelando got control of the ball when Eduardo Herauso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute, Astor Pudes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the match, Pocitos's Fabio Lekubegi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to Montiel getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Benicio Leguizamón hit a great ball. Enzo Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Uhin in the 35th minute of the match. Gerardo Sayveon struck a weak shot in the 37th minute. Denis Tabor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pocitos. Denis Tabor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Sayveon, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Arturo Dominic charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arturo Dominic the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Denis Tabor went to the wrong direction when Fabio Lekubegi was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felipe Uhin to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Gerardo Sayveon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pocitos's supporters rose to their feet, but Gerardo Sayveon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Tabor breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. During the 54th minute of the match Benicio Leguizamón completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Benicio Leguizamón a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 55 played minutes Montiel got a freekick which was hit by Benicio Leguizamón. Pocitos were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Montiel's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Fabio Lekubegi took the corner. Fabio Lekubegi made a great header on Pocitos's corner, it was just that Montiel's Denis Tabor managed to reach the ball for a save. With a little luck, Montiel's Denis Tabor got control of the ball when Gerardo Sayveon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Florencio Karlo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alonzo Eztebe during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Alonzo Eztebe hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 80th minute, Eduardo Herauso managed to get in a good position for a shot. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Montiel.
