In the 14th minute Timoteo Abad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Abajas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nicanor Abajas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efrain Bakar in the 16th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Timoteo Abad in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicanor Abajas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Timoteo Abad in the 33rd minute of play forced Tsunami FC's goalkeeper Nicanor Abajas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pascual Abella's late challenge caught a Tsunami FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pascual Abella helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, one of Elevate FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Elevate FC. Pipis Clemenz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rosendo Crispo's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rosendo Crispo to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severo Azeari during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Valentin Eztebe was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 61st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Elevate FC's Timoteo Abad got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ivan Avellaneda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Pipis Clemenz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Efrain Bakar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Nicanor Abajas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Efrain Bakar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Efrain Bakar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicanor Abajas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. Tsunami FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
