The Atletico Rosario fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Atletico Rosario's Rene Orlondo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Domingos Erasto hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute, Niceto Iban made a precise shot to the right of Samuel Lauaxeta. Miramar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 45 minutes into the match, Miramar's Inocencio Gumaro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hipolito Nicholas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Domingos Erasto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Hipolito Nicholas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Inocencio Gumaro to strike the kick off in the second half. Samuel Lauaxeta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Niceto Iban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inocencio Gumaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Niceto Iban came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Atletico Rosario fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Niceto Iban couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Rene Orlondo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel Lauaxeta was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Atletico Rosario had won after a very even match.
