The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paulino Dantel showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Paulino Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Rainerio in the 10th minute of play. Ambrosio Ricart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Generoso Rozarius managed to get in a good position for a shot. TeCoji F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Generoso Rozarius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paulino Dantel breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Paulino Dantel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Rainerio in the 32nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucio Rainerio in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulino Dantel saved El Burrito FC from getting behind. Marcelino Cisco charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelino Cisco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, one of El Burrito FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for El Burrito FC. In the 37th minute there was a penalty for TeCoji F.C. Pascual Tadzio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Paulino Dantel. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Laurendi got free with Constantino Estefan in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Constantino Estefan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bonifacio Oliverio in the 47th minute of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucio Rainerio was the one to do the kick off. TeCoji F.C's Constantino Estefan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Oliverio in the 53rd minute of play. If Lucio Rainerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lucio Rainerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paulino Dantel having to interfere. Pascual Tadzio charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pascual Tadzio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 64th minute, Pascual Tadzio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lucio Rainerio scored 0-2 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Paulino Dantel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Lucio Rainerio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Paulino Dantel was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Hechter in the 84th minute of play forced El Burrito FC's goalkeeper Paulino Dantel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Paulino Dantel came out of the goal and Lucio Rainerio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 93 minutes into the match, El Burrito FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ambrosio Ricart came free, but Paulino Dantel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in TeCoji F.C's zone, Tomás Laurendi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Constantino Estefan came out of the goal and Tomás Laurendi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bonifacio Oliverio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Constantino Estefan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over TeCoji F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than El Burrito FC throughout the match.
