After a rather tough play, Haedo FC's Artemio Paulin got a free kick in the 26th minute. Boulogne City's Prospero Leobardo managed to work through Haedo FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Prospero Leobardo dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Haedo FC's Edgard Ederono got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgard Ederono sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Boulogne City's Reynaldo Hitz got a free kick in the 35th minute. Mariano Lope sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hermengildo Jenaro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edgard Ederono went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Haroldo Llorienzo got free with Hermengildo Jenaro in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gonzalo Abeijon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermengildo Jenaro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edgard Ederono showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 66 minute of play. Mariano Lope blasted a shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hermengildo Jenaro having to make a save. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Edgard Ederono managed to get in a good position for a shot. Haedo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgard Ederono was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hermengildo Jenaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hermengildo Jenaro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Ederono, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Hermengildo Jenaro came out of the goal and Flavio Rocio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Boulogne City fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Haedo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
