The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Florentino Peio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jimeno Unax, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jimeno Unax in the 7th minute of play forced Hielo y Fuego AC's goalkeeper Florentino Peio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florentino Peio made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Candido Maldonado sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jimeno Unax in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florentino Peio saved Hielo y Fuego AC from getting behind. In the 21st minute Enzo Orlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roman Mancio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, SAN PATRICIO's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Orlin came free, but Roman Mancio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Candido Maldonado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Florentino Peio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Armando Montez took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Roman Mancio. Roman Mancio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 31 minutes into the match, Hielo y Fuego AC's goal looked a bit too open when Jimeno Unax came free, but Florentino Peio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Guipuzkoa kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute of the match, Jimeno Unax tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florentino Peio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armando Montez was the one to do the kick off. Roman Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Montez, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 70th minute, Jimeno Unax left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SAN PATRICIO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Armando Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Candido Maldonado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florentino Peio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jimeno Unax in the 80th minute of the match. Ruben Lartaun kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Hielo y Fuego AC's Florentino Peio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Unax in the 83rd minute of play. Jimeno Unax recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Hielo y Fuego AC's zone, Jimeno Unax stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florentino Peio came out of the goal and Jimeno Unax tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, SAN PATRICIO's Cosme Ranolfo got a free kick in the 95th minute.
