Spectators: 7256 (Terracing: 5443, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Armando Montez kicked off to start the match. Cesar Tonio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Montez in the 7th minute of play. When Domingos Naldo fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Sportivo Ben Hur's protests and gave Domingos Naldo a yellow card for diving instead. 8 minutes into the game, one of Club Sportivo Ben Hur:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After a defensive mix-up in Club Sportivo Ben Hur's zone, Armando Montez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cesar Tonio came out of the goal and Armando Montez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Elvio Cordario's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florentino Peio was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. The supporters of Hielo y Fuego AC booed when Club Sportivo Ben Hur was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anselmo Matia didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 24th minute of the match, Enzo Orlin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cesar Tonio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 26th minute of the match Remigio Tajo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Florentino Peio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Cesar Tonio made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Enzo Orlin sent off a good shot on target. 30 minutes into the match, Club Sportivo Ben Hur's goalkeeper Cesar Tonio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enzo Orlin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Montez in the 37th minute of play forced Club Sportivo Ben Hur's goalkeeper Cesar Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anselmo Matia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Florentino Peio having to make a save. A collision led to Hielo y Fuego AC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. German Lehoi hit a great ball. Elvio Cordario recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cesar Tonio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Montez in the 46th minute of the match. Florentino Peio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonides Peru, who was totally free with the ball in the 49th minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elvio Cordario to make the kick off. Martin Dino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Florentino Peio made a huge save. Hielo y Fuego AC's Albano Guipuzkoa suffered a concussion in the 56th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 56 minutes, Martin Dino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Sportivo Ben Hur and the Hielo y Fuego AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Club Sportivo Ben Hur got a freekick which was hit by Martin Dino. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Orlin in the 64th minute of play forced Club Sportivo Ben Hur's goalkeeper Cesar Tonio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armando Montez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Anselmo Matia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Anselmo Matia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-3 in the 76th playminute. In the 80th minute of the match, Anselmo Matia got a very nice opportunity to score, but Florentino Peio was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Anselmo Matia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florentino Peio was out of position in the 85 minute of play, and Elvio Cordario capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Elvio Cordario really showed his touch with that goal: 1-4. In the 89th minute of the match, Elvio Cordario tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Florentino Peio saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 96 minutes into the match, Hielo y Fuego AC's goal looked a bit too open when Elvio Cordario came free, but Florentino Peio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Club Sportivo Ben Hur players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
