In the 14th minute Paulo Asier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Quilino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Quilino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paulo Asier, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 23rd minute, Elpidio Walme hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Enzo Leguizamón came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Centralito A.C fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Enzo Leguizamón couldn't finish the play. Athens FC's Rodolfo Veto was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Moises Montrell in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Baltasar Ritchie fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Athens FC's protests and gave Baltasar Ritchie a yellow card for diving instead. Baltasar Ritchie kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Paulo Asier was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. Centralito A.C's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 46thth minute of the game Faustino Cresitobalo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Centralito A.C's Moises Montrell was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Centralito A.C's Moises Montrell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Cresitobalo in the 48th minute of play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Baltasar Ritchie received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Moises Montrell tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Paulo Asier in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mateo Quilino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute, Faustino Cresitobalo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Natalio Gustau kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. After 67 played minutes Athens FC got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Veto. Nicanor Dominic didn't quite understand what happened when in the 69 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Asier in the 71st minute of play forced Athens FC's goalkeeper Mateo Quilino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Centralito A.C's Moises Montrell got control of the ball when Baltasar Ritchie tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Honorio Tiadoro fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Centralito A.C's protests and gave Honorio Tiadoro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 82nd minute, Rodolfo Veto sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Centralito A.C's Moises Montrell didn't even have to move. If Enzo Leguizamón had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Asier blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mateo Quilino having to make a save. Ivan Gau kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Nicanor Dominic missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 94 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Mateo Quilino right hand side. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
