After 3 played minutes AC Simba got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Natanael. Damaso Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Millano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melchor Ponciano struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Damaso Arias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ManoloFC. 12 minutes into the match, AC Simba's Augusto Thomas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bonifacio Teyo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mariano Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Arias having to interfere. Damaso Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Indar in the 19th minute of play. AC Simba's Damaso Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Indar in the 23rd minute of play. Melchor Ponciano struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Damaso Arias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ManoloFC. After having played for 26 minutes, Mariano Indar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ManoloFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mariano Indar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind AC Simba's goalkeeper Damaso Arias, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Damaso Arias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Ponciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 39th minute of the match AC Simba got a corner. ManoloFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Domingos Celio ran over to the corner to take the kick. Domingos Celio made a great header on AC Simba's corner, it was just that ManoloFC's Bonifacio Teyo managed to reach the ball for a save. Bonifacio Teyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Ieltxu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Tomi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paulo Ieltxu made a kick off. AC Simba's Damaso Arias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save AC Simba from getting a goal against them. Bonifacio Teyo came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by AC Simba's Augusto Thomas. But to his dismay, Augusto Thomas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 68 minutes into the match, AC Simba's goal looked a bit too open when Melchor Ponciano came free, but Damaso Arias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Indar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melchor Ponciano might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Damaso Arias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melchor Ponciano ran back to his position shaking his head. After 74 played minutes, ManoloFC's Donato Millano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Damaso Arias came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ManoloFC reached it. Alberto Mateo kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Melchor Ponciano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Damaso Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melchor Ponciano in the 90th minute of the match. 94 minutes into the game, ManoloFC's Melchor Ponciano nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damaso Arias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Isidoro Tomi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Damaso Arias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. ManoloFC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing AC Simba to leave the ground with a draw.
