Bluewolf FC's Nereo Frichoso got a good chance for a goal in the 5th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonardo Gaizko kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Bluewolf FC's Nereo Frichoso got a free kick in the 15th minute. A collision led to Bluewolf FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Honorio Ledesma hit a great ball. 23 minutes into the match, Bluewolf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Derwin came free, but Gabriel Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baldomiro Bemabe took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alfonso Bastian. Alfonso Bastian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 33rd minute, Honorio Ledesma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Cara de Puño's Eriberto Corderun tried to score from far away in the 34th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Simon Derwin was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 38th minute. Cara de Puño's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. After a defensive mix-up in Bluewolf FC's zone, Alejo Librado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gabriel Burni came out of the goal and Alejo Librado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Baldomiro Bemabe made a kick off. Alfredo Maidana kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Nereo Frichoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfonso Bastian having to interfere. Adrian Rami kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After having played for 69 minutes, Simon Derwin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cara de Puño's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Derwin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Cara de Puño's Alejo Librado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gabriel Burni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Bluewolf FC's Gabriel Burni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Derwin in the 74th minute of play. 78 minutes into the match, Bluewolf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Librado came free, but Gabriel Burni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Simon Derwin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nereo Frichoso kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. Gabriel Burni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucio Ibañez in the 91st minute of play. Gabriel Burni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Derwin, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Alfonso Bastian showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Bemabe in the 96th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Cara de Puño failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
