Francisco Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Clemente Bernal, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. If Clemente Bernal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 24th play minutes Alfredo Emesto shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Francisco Flores and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 27th minute Alfredo Emesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco Flores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute, Clemente Bernal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lamarque's Francisco Flores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Emesto in the 30th minute of play. Luis Remigio hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. If Alfredo Emesto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Flores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Emesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. The Lamarque players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Centro Galicia were winning 0-1.

The tension between the Centro Galicia and the Lamarque players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 71st minute, Pedro Abancens hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Camilo Ezkerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 75th minute, Alfredo Emesto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Francisco Flores was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. A collision led to Lamarque getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Candido Errolan hit a great ball. When the match was over Centro Galicia could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lamarque throughout the match.
