After a defensive mix-up in Martínez's zone, Florencio Dubardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Balasi came out of the goal and Florencio Dubardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florencio Dubardo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnaldo Balasi having to interfere. Filiberto Berriotxoa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Igor Elia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jesus Txanton scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Igor Elia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the game, Rafael Chabier was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Martínez's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ackerman FC the free kick. Rafael Chabier kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Arnaldo Balasi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florencio Dubardo went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Arnaldo Balasi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Florencio Dubardo in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Martínez's zone, Ubaldo Quintan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arnaldo Balasi came out of the goal and Ubaldo Quintan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Florencio Dubardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ubaldo Quintan's late challenge caught a Martínez's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ubaldo Quintan helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ackerman FC's Ubaldo Quintan got a free kick in the 47th minute. Igor Elia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesus Txanton, who was totally free with the ball in the 50th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Jesus Txanton made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Filiberto Berriotxoa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Martínez's supporters rose to their feet, but Filiberto Berriotxoa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Igor Elia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Jesus Txanton took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Igor Elia to make any attempt to save it. In the 76th match minute, Ackerman FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angelino Vedillo to maneuver through the defense. In the 77th minute, Pastor Franco sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Ackerman FC's Igor Elia didn't even have to move. If Jesus Txanton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 89 minutes into the match, Ackerman FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Txanton came free, but Igor Elia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelino Vedillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Arnaldo Balasi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
