The Manantiales F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Gualterio Filipo kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Fidel Navarro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Wilfredo Quintun's late challenge caught a Manantiales F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patricio Ostargi came out of the goal and Danilo Joseph tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patricio Ostargi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Humberto Aballe, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. If Gualterio Filipo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Patricio Ostargi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gualterio Filipo in the 88th minute of the match. Jeremias Osoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fidel Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Cayetano Montrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeremias Osoitz having to interfere. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
