The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Placido Edur managed to get in a good position for a shot. Acuña's supporters rose to their feet, but Placido Edur was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Diego Ortle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Silvio Bero could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Diego Ortle made a huge save. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ruperto Tolino to strike the kick off in the second half. The attack was good, but when Placido Edur in the 53rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Tolino got free with Genaro Mambru in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Mulitas FC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Dionisio Resto hit a great ball. In the 93rd minute Silvio Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Diego Ortle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ruperto Tolino struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Genaro Mambru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mulitas FC. When Manuel Piarres was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 96 minutes had been played. Mulitas FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
