Spectators: 7300 (Terracing: 5511, Seating: 1689, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Americo Sandalio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Campo Chico C.C.'s Moises Araoz got a good chance for a goal in the 2nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Americo Sandalio in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Camilo Bingen saved Campo Chico C.C. from getting behind. Moises Araoz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Silvestre Goito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 16 minutes, Elvio Chepe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Campo Chico C.C. and the Clorinda players grew even worse after the yellow card. Elvio Chepe hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Aritza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Silvestre Goito having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Clorinda's Anastasio Edorta got a free kick in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Araoz in the 23rd minute of play forced Clorinda's goalkeeper Silvestre Goito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camilo Bingen made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Rigoberto Suarez sent off a good shot on target. If Moises Araoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnoldo Aritza scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Silvestre Goito, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Clorinda's Silvestre Goito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zacarias Hustaz in the 34th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Luciano Erruki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Campo Chico C.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Arnoldo Aritza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campo Chico C.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Arnoldo Aritza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Goito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnoldo Aritza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Silvestre Goito tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Arnoldo Aritza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvestre Goito was relentless in the 47th minute of the game.

In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clorinda's goalkeeper Silvestre Goito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Clorinda's zone, Arnoldo Aritza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Silvestre Goito came out of the goal and Arnoldo Aritza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, Clorinda's Silvestre Goito got control of the ball when Arnoldo Aritza tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Clorinda's Jonathan Egoitz got a free kick in the 64th minute. Americo Sandalio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Bingen having to interfere. Conrado Nerio hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Moises Araoz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Campo Chico C.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Moises Araoz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Campo Chico C.C.'s Arnoldo Aritza got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Arnoldo Aritza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Moises Araoz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute, Arnoldo Aritza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 93 minutes into the match, Zacarias Hustaz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Goito. Clorinda's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Zacarias Hustaz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. When the match was over Campo Chico C.C. could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Clorinda throughout the match.
