Faustino Emenon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. When Victorio Ferman came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the MuñecoG 912 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victorio Ferman couldn't finish the play. 13 minutes into the game, MuñecoG 912's Maximino Abalos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Faustino Emenon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Lonquimay's Faustino Emenon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorio Ferman in the 19th minute of play. Alfonso Bikendi was extremely unlucky when he, in the 24th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. If Alfonso Bikendi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Emenon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximino Abalos, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Victorio Ferman struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. Faustino Emenon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MuñecoG 912. Victorio Ferman blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Faustino Emenon having to make a save. Victorio Ferman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Faustino Emenon having to interfere. Victorio Ferman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to MuñecoG 912 getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Benjamin Vasco hit a great ball. MuñecoG 912's Rene Garikoitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfonso Bikendi in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th match minute, MuñecoG 912 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benjamin Vasco to maneuver through the defense. Victorio Ferman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Faustino Emenon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alfonso Bikendi to strike the kick off in the second half. Benjamin Vasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 59th minute, Victorio Ferman made a precise shot to the right of Faustino Emenon. Lonquimay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After a defensive mix-up in Lonquimay's zone, Victorio Ferman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Emenon came out of the goal and Victorio Ferman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rene Garikoitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfonso Bikendi in the 70th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 72nd minute by Victorio Ferman got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. If Victorio Ferman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Ferman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 77 minutes, Eustacio Eutor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MuñecoG 912's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustacio Eutor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 80th minute Ermegildo Bertol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rene Garikoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustino Emenon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorio Ferman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lonquimay's Ermegildo Bertol got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alfonso Bikendi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rene Garikoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ermegildo Bertol in the 99th minute of the match. When the match was over MuñecoG 912 could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Lonquimay throughout the match.
