The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Victorino Peli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 2nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severo Lauro's late challenge caught a Orlando FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Lauro helped the player get up and apologised. Severo Lauro kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victorino Peli in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Faustino Emenon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Chabier in the 8th minute of play forced Lonquimay's goalkeeper Faustino Emenon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Orlando FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Silvano Chuse hit a great ball. Orlando FC's Hector Abad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Orlando FC from getting a goal against them. Antonio Goiz hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The supporters of Orlando FC booed when Lonquimay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Severo Lauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Teo Milio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lonquimay's Faustino Emenon didn't even have to move. When Teo Milio came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Orlando FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teo Milio couldn't finish the play. In the 26th minute, Antonio Goiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enzo Chabier in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faustino Emenon saved Lonquimay from getting behind. In the 31stth minute of the game Teo Milio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lonquimay's Faustino Emenon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Orlando FC's Hector Abad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laureano Chan in the 33rd minute of play. Teo Milio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Antonio Goiz struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Faustino Emenon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Orlando FC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enzo Chabier in the 40th minute of play forced Lonquimay's goalkeeper Faustino Emenon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Faustino Emenon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Peli, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Laureano Chan fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lonquimay's protests and gave Laureano Chan a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Lonquimay got a freekick which was hit by Laureano Chan. In the 44th minute, Victorino Peli made a precise shot to the right of Faustino Emenon. Lonquimay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Faustino Emenon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teo Milio, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the match, Lonquimay's goal looked a bit too open when Teo Milio came free, but Faustino Emenon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Lonquimay's zone, Enzo Chabier stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Emenon came out of the goal and Enzo Chabier tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lonquimay's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Teo Milio was slow to take the kick. During this time Orlando FC's players had a chance to rest. Faustino Emenon acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 60th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Silvano Chuse. After 63 minutes of play, Orlando FC's Antonio Goiz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Faustino Emenon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 66th minute, Antonio Goiz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Faustino Emenon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Peli went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the game, Lisandro Neto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lonquimay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Orlando FC the free kick. After 76 played minutes Lonquimay got a freekick which was hit by Lisandro Neto. Faustino Emenon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victorino Peli in the 78th minute. Enzo Chabier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Faustino Emenon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 82nd minute of play. Antonio Goiz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 85th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Victorino Peli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Lonquimay's zone, Antonio Goiz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Emenon came out of the goal and Antonio Goiz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Enzo Chabier recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orlando FC's Teo Milio got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Faustino Emenon came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Orlando FC's Enzo Chabier. But to his dismay, Enzo Chabier quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.
