Gaston Libertad helped the player get up and apologised. Gaston Libertad hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Club Atlético Camarones's Batur Erten got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosme Louis during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 19th minute, Cosme Louis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Emilio Oalo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Santana was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nicolas Mancio made a kick off. Fulgencio Santana made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Emilio Oalo sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute, Nicolas Mancio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Nicolas Mancio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulgencio Santana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio Oalo in the 83rd minute. Batur Erten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Naike having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Gavino Pereyra took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Fulgencio Santana to make any attempt to save it. In the 94th minute Gavino Pereyra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Santana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Club Atlético Camarones were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
