Nemesio Indalecio started the match with the kick off. Nemesio Indalecio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 9thth minute of the game Sergio Quinten who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Huracan de Ciudadela's Flavio Cresitobalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th minute of the match Tomás Heriberto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Flavio Cresitobalo skillfully saved the ball. Serafin Haritzeder hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Serafino Isusko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Flavio Cresitobalo was relentless in the 13th minute of the game. Nemesio Indalecio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Serafin Haritzeder in the 22nd minute of play forced La Banda FC's goalkeeper Severo Sagrario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Huracan de Ciudadela booed when La Banda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Maura didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nemesio Indalecio kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, La Banda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nemesio Indalecio came free, but Severo Sagrario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 30th minute, Sergio Quinten got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Anibal Ostots was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huracan de Ciudadela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Banda FC the free kick. In the 42nd minute, Anibal Ostots got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfredo Maura's late challenge caught a Huracan de Ciudadela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alfredo Maura helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Huracan de Ciudadela booed when La Banda FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredo Maura didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Sergio Quinten might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Flavio Cresitobalo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Quinten ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 60th minute Serafino Isusko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavio Cresitobalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. La Banda FC's Severo Sagrario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemesio Indalecio in the 62nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Nemesio Indalecio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huracan de Ciudadela's supporters rose to their feet, but Nemesio Indalecio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Severo Sagrario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nemesio Indalecio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Severo Sagrario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Serafino Isusko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Cresitobalo having to interfere. If Sergio Quinten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 81st minute, Anibal Ostots got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sergio Quinten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Flavio Cresitobalo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to La Banda FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Angel Oskarbi hit a great ball. Huracan de Ciudadela's Nemesio Indalecio got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 93 minutes into the match, Sergio Quinten notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Huracan de Ciudadela's Flavio Cresitobalo. Flavio Cresitobalo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The La Banda FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Huracan de Ciudadela from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
