Anacleto Izel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnulfo Balesio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Otsando having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Efrain Henric got free with Eliseo Abad in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafino Nel did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Eliseo Abad 15 minutes into the match. 19 minutes into the game, Serafino Nel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Eliseo Abad. Serafino Nel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. 22 minutes into the match, Maksa's goal looked a bit too open when Serafino Nel came free, but Eliseo Abad reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Efrain Henric could shoot a difficult shot in the 27th minute, which Eliseo Abad however easily saved by the left post. Anacleto Izel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Ramon Otsando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atletico Los Locos's Serafino Nel got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Atletico Los Locos booed when Maksa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arnulfo Balesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eliseo Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Nel, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. If Serafino Nel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafino Nel was the one to do the kick off. In the 55th minute, Fabricio Kelemen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Atletico Los Locos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. If Edelmiro Odon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 70 minutes, Filiberto Eskuin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Los Locos and the Maksa players grew even worse after the yellow card. Filiberto Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Ramon Otsando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Odon, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Lucio Abancens kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes, Atletico Los Locos's Natalio Primeiro shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eliseo Abad came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Atletico Los Locos reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Maksa's zone, Serafino Nel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseo Abad came out of the goal and Serafino Nel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eliseo Abad came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico Los Locos's Efrain Henric. But to his dismay, Efrain Henric quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 92 played minutes Atletico Los Locos got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Kelemen. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edelmiro Odon in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ramon Otsando prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Atletico Los Locos fans cheered their team off the field, for while Maksa had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
