Club Atlético Camarones's Fulgencio Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Quinten in the 5th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, La Banda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Mancio came free, but Severo Sagrario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Batur Erten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fulgencio Santana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafino Isusko, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Fulgencio Santana came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by La Banda FC's Sergio Quinten. But to his dismay, Sergio Quinten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Gerardo Senio charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gerardo Senio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Fulgencio Santana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serafino Isusko in the 47th minute of the match. Club Atlético Camarones's Nicolas Mancio got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Serafino Isusko to strike the kick off in the second half.
