Spectators: 6661 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1661, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Hernan Veronica got the match started through his kick off. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Miraflores FC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Maidana, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 7 minutes into the match, Miraflores FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Oalo came free, but Edelmiro Maidana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 8th match minute, Miraflores FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Cebo to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Miraflores FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Orlando Cebo hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hernan Veronica in the 16th minute of play forced SALERNITANA's goalkeeper Lisandro Naike to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 20th minute, Miraflores FC's Igor Enetz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Emilio Oalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Edelmiro Maidana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SALERNITANA's Emilio Oalo got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gavino Pereyra in the 31st minute of play forced Miraflores FC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Maidana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edelmiro Maidana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gavino Pereyra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 34 played minutes SALERNITANA got a freekick which was hit by Victorino Oriol. Igor Enetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lisandro Naike having to interfere. If Hernan Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lisandro Naike had great luck who in the 44thth minute grab hold of the ball when Hernan Veronica from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gavino Pereyra to make the kick off. Edelmiro Maidana was a little too slow when Emilio Oalo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 51st minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 57th minute Hernan Veronica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lisandro Naike saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gavino Pereyra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edelmiro Maidana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 59th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Miraflores FC's Ladislao Oxarra got a free kick in the 60th minute. When Gavino Pereyra came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the SALERNITANA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gavino Pereyra couldn't finish the play. After 66 played minutes Gavino Pereyra rounded Miraflores FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. Emilio Oalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Edelmiro Maidana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gavino Pereyra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Miraflores FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Ladislao Oxarra hit a great ball. If Hernan Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
