After a defensive mix-up in Atletico Los Locos's zone, Igor Enetz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ramon Otsando came out of the goal and Igor Enetz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Efrain Henric came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Atletico Los Locos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efrain Henric couldn't finish the play. If Hernan Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Enetz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Filiberto Eskuin kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Igor Enetz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Otsando having to interfere.

The crowd rose to their feet as Atletico Los Locos's Serafino Nel slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edelmiro Maidana. That made the score 0-2 after 67 minutes of play. Hernan Veronica's late challenge caught a Atletico Los Locos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernan Veronica helped the player get up and apologised. After 72 played minutes Miraflores FC got a freekick which was hit by Hernan Veronica. After having played for 76 minutes, Serafino Nel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Los Locos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafino Nel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Efrain Henric scored 0-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edelmiro Maidana, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Serafino Nel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Maidana having to interfere. The Atletico Los Locos players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
