The supporters of La Gilada FC booed when Licor FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Piearres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ezequiel Luix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Ezequiel Luix came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the La Gilada FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ezequiel Luix couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Licor FC booed when La Gilada FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Bladi didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 30 minutes on the clock, Eliseo Orlondo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Leonel Benino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Luix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Licor FC's Pastor Guillelmus got a free kick in the 34th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Licor FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Luix came free, but Leonel Benino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezequiel Luix in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Benino saved Licor FC from getting behind. Genaro Federigo hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Arturo Pello's late challenge caught a Licor FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arturo Pello helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, La Gilada FC's Arturo Pello got a free kick in the 45th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ezequiel Luix to make the kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Luis Eladio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Licor FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luis Eladio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Licor FC's Leonel Benino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ezequiel Luix in the 58th minute of play. If Ezequiel Luix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dalmacio Piearres hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Marco Patrido sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Diego Bladi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 75 minutes had been played. With a little luck, Licor FC's Leonel Benino got control of the ball when Raimundo Niva tried to sneak it across the goal line. La Gilada FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
