Igor Oriol was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Geronimo Berasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. Marquesado FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Geronimo Berasko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Geronimo Berasko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Igor Oriol tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ezequiel Bembe took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Artemio Bakar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Artemio Bakar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ezequiel Bembe was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Ropa Sucia FC's Igor Oriol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melchor Liher in the 64th minute of play. Aaron Dolcet charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Dolcet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Igor Oriol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melchor Liher, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 74th minute, Paulino Eriz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Godfredo Santos had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ezequiel Bembe. Marquesado FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Godfredo Santos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Ropa Sucia FC's Godfredo Santos got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ezequiel Bembe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Artemio Bakar in the 82nd minute of play. Artemio Bakar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Bembe having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Nicolas Rojelio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Marquesado FC's zone, Artemio Bakar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ezequiel Bembe came out of the goal and Artemio Bakar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Maximino Salvatore's late challenge caught a Ropa Sucia FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maximino Salvatore helped the player get up and apologised. Artemio Bakar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ezequiel Bembe read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Ropa Sucia FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Marquesado FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
