Uriel Tristan helped the player get up and apologised. Eriberto Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uriel Tristan in the 12th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Cachiyuyo's zone, Felix Eskuin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Melquiades Ebardo came out of the goal and Felix Eskuin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind Cachiyuyo's goalkeeper Melquiades Ebardo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Melquiades Ebardo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Eskuin in the 25th minute. Felix Eskuin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruben Bilbo charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ruben Bilbo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 30th minute, Ruben Bilbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rodrigo Raulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Cachiyuyo getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Artemio Balesio hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Felix Eskuin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Ebardo was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Felix Eskuin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rodrigo Raulo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severiano Mincho hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Honorato Sol struck a weak shot in the 57th minute. Melquiades Ebardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cascallares FC. The supporters of Cascallares FC booed when Cachiyuyo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artemio Balesio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rodrigo Raulo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Melquiades Ebardo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Raulo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 68th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Melquiades Ebardo. Cachiyuyo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Desiderio Gelacio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eriberto Reyes made a fantastic save in the 72nd minute, when Artemio Balesio sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Felix Eskuin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Melquiades Ebardo was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Cascallares FC's Desiderio Gelacio got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Melquiades Ebardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Felix Eskuin's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the match, Desiderio Gelacio notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Cachiyuyo's Melquiades Ebardo. Melquiades Ebardo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cascallares FC fully deserved thier win.
