Bernardo Gerazan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio Eriz in the 32nd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 39th minute by Celso Abechuco got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Celso Abechuco made a kick off.
