Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) Santino FC's Amado Osoitz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Agustin Louis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Aureliano Cuartio made a huge save. Adolfo Garaile hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Placido Cruz took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Damaso Ikatz. Damaso Ikatz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 13 minutes into the game, Santino FC's Placido Cruz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Damaso Ikatz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After having played for 22 minutes, Amado Osoitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Santino FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Osoitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 26 played minutes Vizards got a freekick which was hit by Agustin Louis. Amado Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Ikatz having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Adolfo Garaile during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 30th match minute, Vizards was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Garaile to maneuver through the defense. Placido Cruz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Amado Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Ikatz having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Placido Cruz in the 42nd minute of play forced Vizards's goalkeeper Damaso Ikatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Amado Osoitz came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Santino FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Osoitz couldn't finish the play. Placido Silban's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Damaso Ikatz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The throw-in from Emilio Barea in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Santino FC's Flavio Gregory. Damaso Ikatz made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Amado Osoitz sent off a good shot on target. Aureliano Cuartio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Louis, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Osoitz in the 64th minute of play forced Vizards's goalkeeper Damaso Ikatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Placido Silban struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Damaso Ikatz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Santino FC. Vizards's Damaso Ikatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Osoitz in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Vizards booed when Santino FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gregorio Ladio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Damaso Ikatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Osoitz in the 73rd minute of play. Vizards's Damaso Ikatz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amado Osoitz in the 78th minute of play. Damaso Ikatz was a little too slow when Placido Cruz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 0-5. Amado Osoitz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Damaso Ikatz having to interfere. Amado Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Damaso Ikatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute Amado Osoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Damaso Ikatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adolfo Garaile got his second yellow card in the match during the 95th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Amado Osoitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Damaso Ikatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
