Belgrano's Desiderio Ospetsu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd minute, Israel Loco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Saturnino Henric in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Damaso Ikatz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Saturnino Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Damaso Ikatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 minutes, Saturnino Henric mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Belgrano and the Vizards players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to C. A. Belgrano getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Saturnino Henric hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, C. A. Belgrano's Laureano Beltxe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damaso Ikatz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Damaso Ikatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Henric, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. After some careless play in the Vizards defense, Saturnino Henric kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Damaso Ikatz. The Vizards fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Damaso Ikatz should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Vizards getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Adolfo Garaile hit a great ball. If Laureano Beltxe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruperto Urtsua in the 56th minute of play forced C. A. Belgrano's goalkeeper Desiderio Ospetsu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Vizards's Adolfo Garaile got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Saturnino Henric sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Saturnino Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 70 minutes into the game, Vladimiro Santio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Damaso Ikatz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Desiderio Ospetsu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Louis, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. When Ruperto Urtsua came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Vizards fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ruperto Urtsua couldn't finish the play. Saturnino Henric recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Saturnino Henric came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the C. A. Belgrano fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saturnino Henric couldn't finish the play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Vizards fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! Edgardo Kaxen shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. C. A. Belgrano's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
